My reservation at holiday inn express was canceled because of overbooking and searching for other hotels all of them were booked because of an event in town the only hotel had a few rooms available was suburban studios although my husband did not! Want to stay because of the bad experience we had the Hilton head/bluffton location but we had no other choice but to my surprise this location was in a nice area and the manager dre and staff were very nice the rooms were a little outdated but they were clean I would suggest that they need to upgrade the hotel but it was a pleasant stay
I stay here all the time because I travel to Columbus for work. It’s one of the more affordable places in town. The staff his nice and takes good care of me. I always stay here when I’m in town.
I was treated especially well, LaQuisha Chappell was an excellent help with all of my needs. This made my stay feel like being at home.
Decent hotel in a decent location. Hotel is clean but in need of an upgrade, staff is nice and outgoing. Would stay here again.
I had some family in town and they chose to stay here. We had the most pleasant experience. The front desk check-in LaQuisha was extremely helpful and accommodating dealing with my family needs. She made dealing with an already difficult situation and time so much easier. She was polite and extreme pleasure to work with. Our room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.
Rooms are always fresh, and staff always accommodate to the needs of the guests. This place will always be on my list on hotels to come back to. 10/10 would stay again.
The staff and everyone here is amazing. We hit some rough times and the team has been very understanding and friendly. The room is clean and any issues were taken care of quickly
Dre and Amy were amazing! The staff is very friendly and made us feel welcomed and safe.I had to stay at this location for a while due to my circumstances ,and they truly went got their way to make sure my children and I were as comfortable as possible... The nightly rates are unbelievable, the location is nice and over all my experience was wonderful. If I ever needed a place to go for any reason, I would definitely come back here. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything you guys did for us!
